Jorunn is a waitress working at Chance's bed and breakfast and cafe. She thinks she's the next cupid and openly ships all the couples who come in to the restaurant, and does her "best" to give love advice. She might have a final goal of turning her workplace into a love hotel honeymoon getaway, complete with dinner services, and perfect for wining and dining. Her boss plays along with her ideas but has no intention of executing them. Before being hired she had tought herself how to make fun latte art, so she's the cute face in charge of all the fun drawings and decor that end up on their more showy drinks. She also loves making smoothies, milkshakes, and other drinks that have thematic colors and flavors.

Relationships
As the first hire, she knows Chance's expectations backwards and forwards. She loves dumping all her ideas about the cafe on him, though only her decorating and coffee ideas ever really come to fruition.
They're pretty good friends and Jorunn is very talented at completely ignoring the boss-employee relationship they have thanks to Milly's openness. She keeps setting dates up for her, but Milly's tastes run “ladies stronger than me” , to which Jorunn always replies “No one's stronger than you, Milly.”
Jasmine is the tea to Jorunn's coffee, as their schedules almost always overlap. They're both sunshines in the cafe in different ways, and together they make the dining experience pleasant. She frequently disappoints Jorunn by not going on any of the dates she suggests, but doesn't take it personally. This also doesn't stop her.
They get along reasonably well and are able to keep comfortable conversation, but they're not very close. Julia takes a slight interest in Jorunn's relationship offers, but only when someone piques her interest. She tends to use the opportunity to make hobby friends rather than looking for romance. Jorunn is appeased by this and puts the least amount of pressure on Julia.
He avoids her every chance he gets, and disappears whenever it's less busy in the cafe. She rarely gets a chance to talk with him, and suspects he hates her. She is intent on winning him over, but he's stubborn in impeding her quest.
