She's friendly and cares about everyone's feelings to such a degree that she tires herself out by the end of her shifts. She's had burnout bad enough on numerous times, and her family thought she was falling into a depression, but most of the time she can recharge with movie or game nights with those who care about her the most. She actively puts too much weight onto her shoulders, taking others' burdens, far too often for her health and gets sick somewhat frequently.
She tends to repress her problems and deny her own feelings and thoughts, to the point where she's very tightly controlled, and reaches a breaking point in which she's forced to take time away from her duties, and cries about the responsibilties she can't work on. She struggles internally with her emotions and wishes she could turn them off. She doesn't like to share any negativity she's thinking and would rather bury herself in busywork or spend time with a loved one not talking about it.

Life
She spends a lot of her free time making cute trinkets that she sells online. She has a large following on a couple websites where she posts tutorial videos. She's very meticulous and handy, and loves making things. She also has a very loved and decorated planner, and is very organized and clean. Sometimes it feels like she spends more times organizing things than actually doing them.
Works at Chance's cafe, frequently paired with Jorunn. She struggles to keep up with her energy. She's very polite with the customers she waits on, and is quite talented at finding a meal recommendation perfectly suited for a person's taste. She is quite exasperated by the questions of if she is on the menu, or other related jokes. She's been bitten by kids a number of times. She's terrible at defending herself, and has made a habit of grin-and-bear-it. While she's fine at being a waitress, she's exceptionally knowledgeable on teas and always makes sure the cafe has a prime selection of some of the best.

- Her tail item is a ribbon with the colors of her brown markings with a heart charm that has a keyhole shape in it. People theorize the locket symbolizes how she keeps herself private, almost behind lock and key, but she claims that it represents a promise she made to someone. It's been commented that they aren't mutually exclusive thoughts.
- She will drink literally any tea on the menu, but avoids all the coffee. Her favorite food is a brunch crepe that's frequently on the menu, made of in-season fruits, some baked nuts, and a load of whipped cream.

Relationships
Very friendly with Chance and likes him as a boss who seems to respect everyone's wishes and skills. She likes the seasonal chats where she gets to order new tea flavors and leaves. She depends on him and Milla to take care of unruly customers.
They don't talk to each other much, but Jasmine feels safe whenever she's around, as Milla will shut down any teasing or harassment from customers. She has a habit of hanging around Milla while on breaks.
They're frequently talking drinks and Julia loves making new mixes with tea leaves Jasmine orders. Their equivalent quietness tends to them just peacefully coexisting together. Julia tends to be a confidante to Jasmine's very rare vents, as she's always got an open ear.
Jorunn is constantly disappointed by Jasmine's disinterest in dating, where she doesn't understand that Jasmine is perfectly happy being single. Jasmine loves watching Jorunn do her latte art, and as long as they're working, they're like peas in a pod.
